Jason,

 I tried another more "nationally recognized" program to lose fat and gain muscle before enlisting your help, and that program was a true waste of time compared to the results I got from yours.  You designed a program tailored specifically to my needs, not a cookie cutter one many trainers provide.  Not everyone is the same, nor do they respond the same way, and you understand this.  You stayed intuned to how my body was reacting to the program you designed and made adjustments when needed, as you did on 4 separate occasions during the course of my 8 weeks of training.  The numbers really say it all as I lost 9 lbs., my waist went from 35" to 32", and my BF went from 15% to 4.9%.  Furthermore, my interaction with you has given me the necessary knowledge that will enable me to continue living a healthy lifestyle.  I would recommend you to anyone without hesitation, although you should provide a disclaimer stating that anyone who follows your program will have to buy new clothes because the current ones will no longer fit.

Turning 40 ain't easy! But thanks to you Jason, my body is feeling healthier and stronger than anytime in the last decade, and of course that positively affects my attitude and outlook also.

My previously serious low back condition is entirely gone. I have had no back pain since we started training together. I didn't believe that training would help my back, but in fact not only do I have no pain, but I have surprised myself as to my back strength.

A few weeks ago, I was driving my Volvo and ran out of gas. It was night time and I was barefoot. I had to get my car out of the way of traffic. So instinctively, I jumped out of the car and started pushing. Well, I had to push it uphill, to the side of the street, to avoid traffic, in bare feet no less (with no traction). Before I knew it, I had done it. It was a snap. I didn't consider until later, that I could never had done that without training with you. My body responded great.

Even now, when I miss a workout or two, my body feels worse. My overall attitude and body are lethargic when I don't train. I'm going to stick with what works, and that's to keep training with you. THANKS JASON!

I've been training with you for just a month and this past weekend I walked into my old gym. Another trainer there came over and couldn't believe it was me. He actually hadn't recognized me at first. He remarked at how much bigger I had become and actually wanted to know what I was on! Well, I'd be the first to admit a 13 pound gain in just a month looks 'suspicious', but all it took was consistently training with you and following exactly the nutrition program you put me on. No drugs, just my willingness to follow what you tell me to do. And to tell you the truth, I've actually ripped out of three shirts so far. I haven't seen gains like this in a long time and it feels great! Thanks a lot!

Jason : My energy level was very good throughout the week. My workout recovery continues to improve dramatically every week.  My cholesterol was 189 4 months ago. It is now 146. My blood pressure was 122/84 four month ago. It  is now 112/64. My resting heart rate was 75 4 months ago. It is now 51. I'm getting closer to seeing my AB muscles. My waistline is about 30 and will probably end up about 28 to 29  before I see what's under the fat.

After 2 years off from training I found myself 50lbs overweight and not feeling well. I found a team of professionals who clearly set goals and a plan for me to achieve them. Before my long layoff I had trained for years with several trainers and must say this was far and away the best training regiment I have even been put through. Before contacting Jason Kozma, I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon about getting liposuction.  The quote was rather high and I came to the conclusion that if I had the surgery, I might become thinner, but I would still feel the same blah attitude I had come to accept as normal.  I decided to sweat off the pounds and build muscle. 

Fast forward to six months later.

I had, indeed, sweated off about 20 pounds (kind of hard to say if that is the exact number of fat pounds I lost since I was doing a rather rigorous muscle training routine.)  I lost 4 inches from my waist.  My arms went from 11.5 inches to about 15.5 inches.  My quads are pushing 22 inches.  My abs are on the verge of popping out.  I decided to go clubbing on July 4th and show off a little of my new body.  I wore a very flattering muscle shirt and a pair of jeans.  While I was on the dance floor, I turned around and to my surprise, the plastic surgeon I had the consultation with so many months before was dancing behind me.  I said hello and then realized it clicked in his mind who I was.  He proceeded to tell me he was sorry I didn't choose him for my surgery.  I was flabbergasted.  He thought I had actually underwent surgery.  I cannot even explain how flattered I was.  I proceeded to tell him I had not had the surgery, but hired a trainer and nutritionist instead.  He leaned in closer and said, "That's the best way to do it."

So, forget plastic surgery.  I'd rather be buff and lean than just thin and sucked out.  I'll take a trainer any day.

I have been looking for awhile for a program to get back into shape after years of working at a desk job. I have always been into sports and have a fair amount of fitness knowledge, but have never been able to put together an effective program on my own.
