I have always looked like I was in good shape, But as the years caught up with me and my middle started to expand I thought that I should get a trainer and start working on my eating habits. I spoke to several trainers and was not impressed at all. I found Jason on the internet and gave him a call. He explained the diet and workout routine that I would need for what I was looking for. After only a couple of weeks I really started to notice the difference. After 8 weeks I felt and looked like a new person. I can not say enough about the expertise Jason has in his field. He made the sessions work for my needs and helped me to feel better about myself. My friends, co-workers, clients, and others have all noticed the difference and asked me what I was doing. I can not recommend Jason enough. Not only does he make your body look better but he makes the work out fun. Jason's the man! I've been working out with Jason for two years now, and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. When I wanted to get skinny, he got me skinny. When I wanted to get muscular, he got me muscular. And, on top of all that, I genuinely enjoy working out with him. He's a pleasure to be around and makes me look forward to my training days. Almost five years ago I gained 15 pounds while doing chemotherapy for breast cancer. This was not unusual for women doing the type of chemo I did, though it was partly caused by “feeling sorry for myself” overindulgence. I didn’t worry about it at the time because I’d always been fit, and I had rapidly lost weight after two pregnancies. However, the chemo also put me into early menopause. I found I was not able to shed the pounds as easily as in the past.
Nothing worked. I tried Atkins, but that made me feel like I was doing chemo again – I slowed way down during aerobic workouts. I just didn’t have any energy.
Then I discovered Jason Kozma’s web pages and decided to sign up for his online personal training. Right away he developed a personalized diet and workout routine for me. He increased the number of my aerobic workout sessions slightly and added several weight training sessions per week. I particularly liked his diet. I ate often and I ate foods that I liked and were good for me. I had lots of energy. My bike and swim times actually improved on the diet.
Recently I celebrated my 52nd birthday and I am also about to celebrate the fifth anniversary of completing chemotherapy. My weight is within 2 pounds of my “pre-chemo” weight! I am much stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been.
I owe it all to Jason’s program. I recommend it very highly.

As a very busy working mother of two, it was
difficult to find a nutrition plan that I could follow while constantly being on
the move. Jason gave me a nutrition program that not only made me feel full all
of the time, but I never had a craving or thought about cheating. It was easy to
prepare my meals and incorporate it into my hectic lifestyle. The pounds came
off quickly and easily and allowed me to reach my goal weight within 8 weeks.
Morgan makes training truly fun. I get bored easily, but Morgan is constantly
adjusting my workout program to keep me motivated and inspired. He listens to
your individual goals and structures the workout that best suits you and your
needs. My goal was to see my abs again, find my ass, and tone up all over.. He
has helped me achieve that and more. At 40 I am stronger and healthier than I
